Nicole Pondillo a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervision endorsement from the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gerontology and a Master of Social Work degree from Youngstown State University. Nicole is a strengths-based, compassionate, and empathetic clinician. Her experience includes individual and group counseling with adults who experience mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, chronic illness, aging and disability, and who are caregivers. Her approach combines a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and motivational interviewing. Nicole is available in our Poland, Ohio office.
