Katelyn is a Licensed Social Worker working towards getting her independent social work license. Katelyn obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2018 and her Master of Social Work degree in 2022, both from Youngstown State University. She has primarily worked with children and adults in child welfare and hospital settings. Katelyn has experience working with those who have issues with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, abuse, and self-esteem.  "I believe it's important to create a safe and comfortable space where clients can feel heard and validated. I feel honored to be able to hear people's stories and to provide support and guidance to those working on achieving their goals."  Katelyn is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Katelyn utilizes other various techniques, including CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and others.
