I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022 at Southern New Hampshire University. I'm currently earning my master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling, which will be completed in June of 2025. I have a long history in the mental health field, which began in 2001. My goal is to provide a safe, positive, loving environment for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem. I bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm toward your healing journey. A variety of techniques I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and gestalt therapy. I have flexible hours and am available at our Poland office.
